Where and at what time does my cruise trip start?

The starting point of your cruise trip depends on your chosen itinerary.

For instance, if you have chosen to discover the northern islands, we will meet up at the Sunset Boulevard in Grand Bay at 9am.

If you wish to discover the west coast, we shall depart at 9am at the Morne Anglers Club jetty.

To sail to the east of Mauritius, we will gather at the wharf of Trou d’Eau Douce.

Finally, if you picked the South West itinerary on board the Harris Wilson 1, meeting point will be at Pointe des Regates at 10am.

What should I bring with me on board to make the most of my catamaran trip?

A sailing trip is all about having your swimming suit, towel, sunscreen, hat or cap, sunglasses and beach towel.

You may as well bring some change with you for activities (Ile aux Cerfs, Ile aux Gabriel) which is at a supplement but optional.

What is included in my full day package?

Drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic: mineral water, Coke, Fanta, Sprite, Rhum, white wine, rosé wine and red wine), lunch (barbecue and selection of salads and fresh fruits), snorkelling equipment (fins, masks, tubes) and life jackets are all included in your package.

And in the sunset one?

In the sunset cruise package, you will be offered drinks and appetisers.

Do you have other packages?

We tailor make packages for corporate events, weddings and exchanging vows. Everything is planned according to your needs and desires. You simply need to get in touch with us by calling us, emailing us or filling the contact form.

Do you offer special meals?

If you have a specific diet, do not hesitate to let us know. We will then adapt our menu accordingly as per your needs. On the other hand, you can also order special menus such as lobster, which will be at a supplement.

How can I pay for my catamaran trip?

We have an online booking system which is fully secured. You only need to pick the package you want, fill in all required information, your bank details and it’s done!

If you prefer an alternative mode of payment, you can also do a bank transfer or stop by our office to pay by debit card or cash.

Can I book a catamaran boat as a whole? If yes, what is the minimum and maximum number of people that can be accommodated?

It is indeed possible to do so and there is no minimum number of people needed. However, the Pacha (North) can accommodate a maximum of 30 people, 38 people for the Harris Wilson 1 (South) and 37 for the Harris Wilson 2 (West)

Is it possible to organise transfers to the embarkation deck?

We can arrange for a transport to pick you up from some hotels. This service will be at a supplement.

Can I experience the cruising trip if I do not know how to swim?

Of course! You can also enjoy breath-taking views on board our boat while sunbathing.

I suffer from scorching heat. Are your boats air conditioned?

Unfortunately, we do not have air condition on our boats but they are covered. Let yourself be lulled by the gentle breeze coming from the ocean.

I have infants, can I bring them?

Kids are allowed on our boats, however, depending on weather and sea conditions, some outings are not recommended for children under 2.

Upon confirmation of my booking, does the company guarantee that the cruise trip will definitely take place?

When you make a booking, we cannot be certain that the weather conditions will be appropriate for sailing. However, we do offer alternatives: we can either change the itinerary or postpone the date or refund you.

Are there toilets on board?

All our boats have their own toilets.

Can I protect myself from the sun while being on the boat?

On each boat, you will find shady areas where you can shield yourself from the sun. However, do take care of your skin and bring your sunscreen, your hat and sunglasses with you.

Can I smoke on board?

You can smoke on our boats as long as you do not pollute the environment. Ashtrays are available and will be placed in specific areas.

Can I come if I am on a wheelchair?

Our boats are equipped in such a way that we can welcome people with disabilities.
